Default Got a quick question

Hey guys, I was just thinking about something that maybe you could help me with. With Rocky Patel Vintage 1990's and 1992's I have heard that the wrapper's are actually from those years. I thought that was the years they started making them or something. So my question is: How can Rocky have that much wrapper hanging around to produce those cigars in the number he does...to my knowledge he does not make them in small numbers or anything like that. What do you guys think?
Thanks
-Tommy

Each year since he started manufacturing these, he'd have a new crop of "10 year old wrapper." IOW, the 2010 release would be rolled with wrapper harvested in 2000--isn't that how it works?

From the RP Site... (thanks to MMBLZ)

A true medium-bodied smoke with a nutty aroma and hints of spice on the tongue, the Vintage 1992 features refinement and zest from a 10-year-old Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper united with underlying balance from 8-year-old filler tobaccos. The result is a highly renowned, highly rated cigar with complexity befitting the most discerning palate.
