That's awesome news.

Make sure to have a home inspection from Tiger Home Inspections or an equally reputable company. You want a service that will find everyone and themsome wrong with the place. You need to know before you start signing stuff.

An inspection is in the offer. As far as the major stuff (roof/furnace), both are just 5 years old. I'll go through the house with the inspector so I can get more info about the house.
