Cain Maduro 550
Picked this up at the December herf @ Habana Premium in Albany.
Humidor time: About 6 weeks Prelight: The wrapper had only a few small veins but was very toothy, almost felt like sharkskin. Prelight draw was moderate, and tasted of oak and leather. Burn: The burn was fairly straight with that nice welt along the burn line. Ash was a little flaky, but very solid. Draw was moderate. The burn time was about 80 minutes . Flavor: Oak, leather, cocoa, and PEPPER. Delicious. Summary: All marketing hype aside, this cigar came very close to dethroning my current favorite, the Kristoff Maduro. I'll have to pick up some more of these, and try the Habano as well. Posted via Mobile Device |

I find the flavors similar to the Diesel, so pretty much, I like'em!

Re: Cain Maduro 550
I do enjoy the Cains, but my local doesn't carry the maduros. Straight Ligero baby! YUM!
