Default La Flor Dominicana DL700

I had a LFD DL700 two nights ago. I've had several (in smaller sizes) before and loved them. So I bought two DL700's thinking I'd save them for when I could prepare for the nicotine kick.
So, the first third was going well but by the time I got to the halfway mark I was woozy. I tried to continue but was unable to do so.
This thing kicked my butt! I was GREEN. I just packed it in and went to sleep.
Anyone else been hit hard by these?

Yeah, I love the chisels but the DL700 is a much larger cigar (6.5x60) and it packs a wallop!

Smoked a chisel the other night... Made me sicker than any other cigar for hours. Not a pleasant smoke overall.

Love them Chisels...if they weren't so dang hard to get, I'd smoke a lot of them. Overall a big fan of LFD here.

I smoke them all the time.

They are a little "weak" for me.

I wish I could find a stronger cigar that tasted as good.

Yep, I made it about 3/4 of the way through one of those and pitched it. Just too much. I didn't enjoy the flavor and probably won't ever revisit that cigar. Not to mention the fact that I rarely ever smoke cigars that big anymore anyway.
