I quit cold turkey with an attitude many years ago and then became a cigarette hater. My anti-cigarette attitude has mellowed out since then. I still don't like cigarettes at all but I sure like cigars. Kick the butts, you'll never regret it.

23 years cigarette free, after a 2-3 pack a day habit. The "want-to" is the most important part. If that's there, it's really much simpler than most make it out to be.

I have had 2 hits since that time, and it's not something that I'll ever return to. Pure tobacco for me now, not all that chemically enhanced crap.
