Congrats I might be making the switch soon also. As Verizon has decided to get rid of our monthly discount..

The third time the rep asked "Is there anything we can do to make you feel better about your experience with Verizon Wireless?" I said, "Yes, you could all catch on fire."

Congrats on the iPhone. I had Sprint before and the service was pretty good. The customer servce was absolutely terrible. I was happy when I left and got a 16gb 3G. Although I still won't expect much from the customer service with AT&T. Hopefully we will finally get SMS messaging soon. Posted via Mobile Device |

By the way there is a conversion app called convertbot that is free today. Looks pretty easy to use and has good reviews.
