Right now I throw a couple sheets over the stuff.
I'll make nice covers eventually. I have a lot more work to do on the tower, software, and everything. Once it's all finished, I'll likely build everything into a cabinet of some sort.
No rush.
In the winter, I'll bring everything back in the house.

I worked on that machine all night, smoked a cigar, and it's downloading all my games from Steam. I'm gonna play some Half Life II and Day of Defeat if I get time tomorrow.
I gotta get cable out there, too.
I also have to figure out how to get my sound card hooked up to the tv so I have some sweet speakers.
Awww, I'm such a sped.

Plasma + static desktop?

As a PDP owner, I know as well as any that burn-in is a thing of the past, but IR is still a grievance, especially with a reoccurring static image like that.

Why the choice of a PDP over an LCD for such a setup?

Other than that... cool deal.

Toshiba has a built in static image mover. It won't allow burn in, even though it's bs in the first place. If the image stays static too long, it moves it a little to the left or right or up or down. It continues to do so to make sure everything is okay, and doesn't do it when things keep moving.

That was a plasma I had for my office in my last house. I was just putting it to use. I have two of the same one, the other is in my bedroom. In the living room is a 52" DLP, cause that's the sh1t.

They know me, that's all.
They're good people. No punks in the neighborhood. When one passes by, I talk to them. I know where all the junkies are, and we've come to an understanding as well.
It'll work out okay.

I don't go out of town. If I do, there's always someone here anyways.
I imagine it'll be worn out in the next few weeks anyways.
