Web site question

A while back I was getting a weekly news letter from a cigar based web site that used to have a retailer price guide page . You could compare prices of say 10 retailers at the same time on certain popular cigars . Does anyone know the name of the web site ? I am racking my brain but just cant seem to remember . Maybe this will help
