Cigar band below trades

I may have missed something, but whats with the cigar band right below the trades? Is that the new rep. and when does it show up?

I may be wrong as I have only just signed up. But when I registered it asked me what my favourite ISOM is and that is the band that is showing up. So that would be my guess
