Default Cheap soft flame refillable with butane lighter

Mouth full I know, but I have searched all the forums I am a member of, and have yet to really find anything. I am looking for the Ronson Jetlite of the soft flame world. It needs to be reliable, cheap, and refillable with the same butane canisters that I use for my Ronson. By cheap I mean sub $15.00 on the high end, but really would be happier sub $10.00 per lighter. Does anyone know if this one is butane refillable? It looks like a zippo knock off, so I would guess no, but I thought I would see if anyone else knows.

http://www.ronsonstore.com/windLite.aspx

or does anyone know where these bad boys are sold?

http://www.ronsoncorp.com/comet.htm

Any help, always appreciated.

Checking the website you've attached it seems the model you are looking for is to be refill with nafta, I would don't think it's a goof thing. Just my

To the OP,
I recieved a soft-flame refillable lighter from Two Guys smoke shop in NH as part of a trade. It looks like one of those cheap plastic disposables you can buy at the mini-mart, but is refillable. Here is thier website, but they dont have it listed.
http://www.2guyssmokeshop.com/lighters.asp

Ive been using it as a back-up lighter in case my go-to runs out of fuel

The zippo knockoff there isn't that great in my opinion. I got one but instantly disliked it--don't even know where it is not. Ronson used to make a soft flame that I spent months on trying to find more, and had a few ppl on CS looking around the country for them and never found more. The second link you've posted, I've not seen those either.

I have found one soft-flame refillable butane that has a twist--you can bend the tip, allowing the flame to go to the side or at an angle--use it for my pipes. Though I'm not sure what in the whorld the name of the co. that makes them is. I'll see if I can't find a link though.

They have these soft flame Ronsons at my local Kroger. Never knew they were hard to find. I'll check tonight and see how much they are and if they're refillable.

Great News, The Ronson Butane is a great little lighter. I just got 3 from Ronson. I think it was $4.59 each & they included a free mini butane refill.

I saw it in CVS. Drug Store for under $5.00

Has a nice adjustable flame. It appears to be well made.
Good luck,
Lenny

oooooooohhh....I didn't notice that before where they say to "forbest results use Ronson lighter fuel" with the Windlite.

I'll check tonight and let you know for sure...looks like you can get this one from Ronson and it is butane and refillable (not quite as attractive though)

You would think you could, but when you click on the ronson store, it isnt listed in the store. Aggravating, yes, and makes no sense. So, I'm still on the hunt. But something tells me, the Comet is the best bet. I found them here:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...:X:RTQ:US:1123

but dont need nearly that many....

You wouldn't have any problem finding someone to split those...

Also I looked tonight and the ones I always see at my Krogers are the Ronson Windlites that only use Lighter Fluid. Sorry

The lid actually controls the butane flow (on/off) also. Works like a charm
