Conch Fritters are to die for. When I was down last year I ate conch fritters in every establishment I could find. I got some in Key West that I had to feed to the chickens.
I bet you had a blast.

Never had conch fritters in the islands, last time I was in Bimini they were out of Conch. But I've made 'em a few times at home, they've come out phenomenal, but it's tough to find fresh conch in MD. Seems to be a seasonal thing, only found 'em in the winter at Wegman's.

Did you get to go diving? I spent all my days snorkeling at Pennekamp and got my diving certification while I was there.
It was the single most awesome vacation ever. I can't wait to get back. I was supposed to go in January but we had to cancel.
