To all the BBQ'ers out there familiar with a Fattie, the NY times ran a story about the ulitmate one! Wish I was able to wrangle up the ingredients for the Super Bowl.

You know, I was just wondering the other day if there was a way to improve upon breakfast meats by combining a few of them, I was beaten to a solution. 500 grams of fat, sounds like my kind of meal

I think that i would use some Jimmy dean Hot breakfast sausage a little cream cheese and a couple of Jalapenos to it, but just my thougts

That does look good... but to me fatties are best when they are simple. At most I put some cheese inside. Other than that... rub and the 3-2-1 method!!!

I always smoke a fatty on a long cook. The Wife and Kid get a nice breakfast when they wake up. This one looks tastey, I would have to leave out the BBQ sauce though!
