Camacho Corojo Limited Maduro
Are these sticks any good? Decent price on CI. Always been curious about this Camacho maduro since most of their cigars are pretty tasty.

I've not had the Corojo Maduro, but I love the regular Corojo's.
How much is CI selling them for? Not that I need another box.

If you're looking for Camacho Corojo Maduros, I think Atlantic
Cigars has a better deal. Box of 25 Monarcas (robusto) for 89.95, plus $5 shipping. I personally prefer the Corojos in the Corojo wrapper, but the SLR's in Maduro.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm like you, Corojo's for those and the SLR Maduros

Re: Camacho Corojo Limited Maduro
I snagged a box Corojo Maduros in the Petite Corona size for a super cheap price a little while back and have found them to be pretty solid little sticks.
Now that they have been sitting in my humi for a little bit I think the Maduro quality of the wrapper is really shining through, and the filler appears to have mellowed out a little bit. I think these do have a bit of a hybrid taste because you get the pepper and spice qualities that the Corojo line has, and then the maduro wrapper gives it that sweet/chocolate quality. I think the smaller ring gauges will perform better than the larger ring gauges. All that said… I think the SLR Maduro is better if you are just looking for an all-around nice maduro. |
