Made the magazine!

The company magazine that is. StillI feel super proud if myself. As some of you know I started my desire to lose weight in august of last year while i was at my heaviest of 267 pounds.

Currently I sit at a very healthy 162lbs, can run for an hour, and sit at a 14% body fat. At the moment im on the 3rd week of Insanity and my six pack is back. Short of amazing.

Anyways, the company I work for was doing an article on fitness and being healthy and out of a huge company I got selected to represent our belief of being healthy.
