Default Is this too dry to smoke?

I bought this at one of the cigars stores/lounges I've posted pictures of, (out of their bargain bin).

I guess I got what I paid for

It's all good duck tape it. Just stop smoking before the tape.

I would return to the place I bought it, and give the cashier a paper cut.

"Is this too dry to smoke?"

Depends.
I would play it safe and go with this model.

If you're enjoying it than, nope, not too dry. I won't let damaged stogies go to waste either. If I can light one end and draw on the other, I will smoke it lol.

I'll have to agree with Ray. I hate giving up on a stick due to wrapper or draw problems.

Slight damage or moderate dryness is not an issue, but life it too short to waste time on a plugged cigar.
