Amazing Cigar Cutter find at an estate auction!!!
I really wanted to share this with you guys, because I knew you could appreciate it. I was at an estate auction over the weekend and found two Cubano Sterling Silver Cigar Cutters. They were both new in the box, and I ended up winning the bid for both of them. I looked all over the internet and only found two others for sale, one for $675 and one for $750. I really was unable to find much else about them, other than the company appears to be out of Beverly Hills, and came into existence in the late 90's.
Any of you ladies and gents have any other info on these? I already put one up on eBay for sale, so I hope I do okay on them. Onto some pics of them... |

$250 is the starting price, not an active bid. Those look beautiful. Out of my league, unfortunately...

Right, 250 .. you make the first bid its 250, no one else bids and what happens?
Notice it's been there for a few days with no bids* |

It depends on if there is a reserve or not. If there's not a reserve, then if someone bids $250, they buy it.

It may take a while to sell, since there's a slim market for ultra high dollar cutters, and dominated by the big brands like Dupont. Your list price seems very reasonable.
Sure does look nice. |

Just an FYI if anyone liked this cutter, I put the second one on "The Bay" and decided to roll the dice by starting it at .99
The first one, which is the one photographed in this thread, sold to a forum member here. |
