I collect car waxes. And camera lenses. And cigars. I just bought my first Kershaw about a week ago, and that slope kinda looks like fun too...

Nothing, really. Not even cigars. Whether it's guns, gars, gadjets, games, gold or grub. I know more than one family that lost everything in house fires when they weren't home. All that money in collections literally up in smoke. I don't know if that makes me cheap, boring or sensible. I prefer to think of it as sensible.

I used to collect stamps when I was a kid, then ball cards. I don't really collect cigars, I just gather them and pile them up. There's no method, so it's really not collecting I don't think.

I have thousands from 86-92. I have been contemplating unloading them in one chunk somewhere. Not really worth a whole lot though. Back in the day, the commons were about 7 cents.

Sadly, bb cards are not of great value unless you have a VIP rookie card or mint cards from before 1960.

The reason I asked about insulators is, today I was servicing a sump pump in a very seldom visited basement under an old abandoned powerhouse at work.
As I stepped down off the ladder into the ooze... I found a bunch of old porcelain insulators from the high voltage lines that use to feed the powerhouse.

If anyone wants ones like this, let me know.
