Trinidad paradox Toro
(source: Backyardcigar.com)
2012 has been an amazing year for Altadis, with such big hits from many of it’s lines including Romeo Y Julieta, vegafina and Montecristo. now add trinidad to that line up! i’ll be honest and tell you the reader that i am not that familiar with the trinidad line, but after trying the paradox i’m more curious to see what other sticks they produce. The Trinidad Paradox is a box press cigar that features a cuban heritage Criollo seed wrapper grown in Mexico, A Dominican Piloto Binder and Nicaraguan Fillers to produce a rich, creamy aroma and full bodied flavors. The Trinidad paradox comes in 4 sizes: Churchhill (57 x 7″) Toro (54 x 6″) Robusto (54 x 5″) Belicosso (54 x 6 1/8″) . The Cigar i had was the Toro, which upon inspection is a very well constructed cigar, easy to light. upon toasting the foot of this cigar i immediately began to smell the rich aroma that was very pleasant and hinted at spices and an earthy tone, but not too strong. the flavors were very consistent throughout the smoke and the burn pattern on the ashes were even and held up for a long time before knocking them off into the ashtray. this was a very great cigar and i can not wait to smoke more when they line officially hits store shelves. |

Re: Trinidad paradox Toro
This cigar was introduced at the Recent trade show and was expected to hit store shelves in september, but my local stores either did not order it or they have not released it yet, but i would check with your local stores.
