I've seen Steely Dan the last two summers, outstanding musicianship! Almost like listening to a live CD.

B-52s, Agora Ballroom, Atlanta GA, 79 or 80, just after their second album was released.
ZZ Top, Omni, Atlanta, New Years eve, early 80,s. Good friend just got back from Panama
Too many Jimmy Buffett concerts to list, Atlanta, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, Key West.
.38 Special, Agora Ballroom. Front row, passed big bottle of Jack Daniels around and up on stage and back down to us, coolest thing ever (at that time).

I've seen many great show over the years, its very hard to pick just 5.
Not in any particular order:
The Who in Shea Stadium 1982
Edgar Winter in The Stanhope House, a little blues club in Stanhope NJ.
Rush in Brendan Byrne Area 1982 Rorry Galligar warm-up
Rolling Stones at JFK in Philly, Journey, George Thorougood warm-up
The Grateful Dead, saw about 100 times, probably my favorite at MSG in 1987 when Garcia sang La Bamba or with Dylan in Philly.
Honorable mention: Jerry Garcia Band with Rob Wasserman and Bob Weir warm-up, Pink Floyd at Giants Stadium, Blue Oyster Cult with the 50' Godzilla at Radio City Music Hall, Hot Tuna at the Stanhope House, Allman Bros. at Waterloo Village, The Police at Atlantic City. Thats enough!

Steppenwolf/The Guess Who (front and center stage at 12 years old) 1st show!
Steely Dan (2x) Love these guys!
Metallica (small arena, front stage)
Pink Floyd (Clemson football stadium (my favorite show))
The Rolling Stones (Clemson stadium)
The Eagles (Hell Freezes Over Tour)

Numerous other great shows, but these are my favorites.

Jimmy Buffett - any one of the many times I've seen him live. It's hard to beat the atmosphere.
