Cigar Box Clocks
Not sure if there is a thread for this already..i trying searching but came up empty. Well this past Saturday night I decided to give clock making a shot..here is pic of the finished product.

Use parts of the cross, each arm representing either 12, 3, 6, or 9. A lot of watches only have a small button in them to signify 12 and nothing else nowadays. You only really need one point for reference, the rest can be guesstimated from there

Yeah its more for the visual and not actually telling the time. I could always go back and add markings to it to represent time...

Looks great. Kmart sells the hand kits of varying depths and I've thought about having a rainy day project with my kids. I've got a Torano Exodus 1959 dress box that looks pretty nice that would make an awesome clock.
