no weightloss to report yet, i have a few days before my next weigh in, but i think i dropped another inch on my waistline.. premier party last night with wifey

nothing new to report, as apparently my body forgot how to lose weight

I weighed in the other day at 240.0, and then it actually crept up little bit (probably water). I will weigh in again in 1 week, and change up my work out habit a little bit, and try to get more protein in.
