Adjusting to the Life

![]() Lakefront's "Dan Made A: Baltic Porter" and a RP Evolution. I generally am more of an IPA guy, but it must be the cold weather pulling me toward the darker stuff lately. This porter is freaking good, and the Evolution was a nice surprise, pretty damn tasty; getting some mild leather notes and carmely flavors. Wasn't expecting much from it, got a fiver of it a couple of months ago. |

I don't have a photo, but my favorite unwinding pairing is a La Aurora Erin Go Bragh and about three fingers of Jameson's over ice in a rocks glass.

Just realized while I was smoking, this might qualify. A 64 and 46.

Look stasty Gerard. I really like some of the chocolatey beers!
Ever have a coffee beer? Or heard of one?

Thanks Peter, I am going to have to look into these. I would imagine they may go great with a good cigar. More importantly I am going to have to try and get Ken to make some

Fixed that for you. Nobody calls it Natural Ice.
