Origin kinda sucks. I had to download it to play the Alpha and Beta but I ended up buying the game itself of Xbox. It's crap compared to steam

Yep. And seeing the screen grabs from chatting with their "SUPPORT" is just painful. Usually the support rep side steps your questions for about 15 minutes and then disconnects. I can't bring myself to deal with that kind of crap.

How are the servers (XBOX)? I'm thinking about buying BF3 but know that the BFBC2 servers have been crap for the last couple of months on Live, just wondering if anyone has has problems connecting to games or not. Thanks.

I have tricked out my M249 SAW with a Thermal scope/heavy barrel /foregrip/extended clip and I'm quite deadly with it.

Ok.. I admit it. I'm 54, and Friday I play BF3 till 2:15 am, and Saturday till 4 am (well, 3 am after the clock rolled back)

Playing with friends the time just flies by.

XBOX gt : COTA flyboy1957 if anyone wants to send me an FR.

As to the game, finished the campaign and it had it's moments but the end was like "Thats it?????"

After the release problems MP had gotten pretty good.

I picked up the game the other day. Like it a lot! The helicopters are definitely a bit harder to fly, used to be pretty good in BFBC2 but still trying to master them in BF3.

I'm thinking I'm going to pick up this and MW3 for PS3 (which by the way, I'd be up for a trade/buy if you're looking to sell). I haven't played since the first MW and had the first Battlefield when it came out, but nothing since.

Shopping around, you're looking at around $60 new + tax if you buy locally. On ebay, I see quite a few that can be purchased for $50-52 range and claim to be "brand new". What is the market like on these games being copies? Some of these people claim "brand new", yet no case or booklet. Some are "sealed", but I'm just worried about getting something and then not being able to play it online.

i dont know about ebay...... i know for xbox each game comes with a online code to play and i would be worried that the code that comes with the game is already in use.

if you check amazon you might get a similar deal if not a couple bucks more and rest a little easier that at least you know were its coming from.
