ATT Uverse - Any users with comments?

We're thinking of switching to the Uverse from our current cable company.

Any users out there with pro/con comments or recommendations?

I had AT&T for about 8 months in my old apt. Didn't have anywhere near as many problems as i do with comcast now.

I enjoy it. They have an automated customer care service which sucks, but the TV channels and stuff is pretty good.

Dish for 7 years, moved no south view in apt switched to Uverse. Channels are the same. Customer service is harder to get too than Dish but the same. Had to have 5 or 6 tech calls when got it to get it right. But heck Dish I had in three homes in two states and it was the same 2 of the 3 times.

DVR is a slow pig or fast. Mine is slow, friends is fast, luck of the draw I think. I like it but when I move Im going back to Dish.

UVerse is awesome. Phone and internet is great but it was the TV that blew me away. I had Direct TV HD service but when UVerse got hooked up it looked like i got a new TV. the picture was actually that much better!
