New CAO Sopranos
I was at my local b7m Friday and saw the new Sopranors set. It had 4 or 5 cigars in it in different shapes- baseball bat, wine bottle, etc. It was wicked, the things were HUGE!!!!!!! I'll see about getting a picture to post.

I believe that set was released in late '07 or early '08.

Then, according to the Rule of 3s, they are fully aged.

Re: New CAO Sopranos
If I end up with one of those wine bottles somehow, I'd smoke it heck, if someone gave me "the egg" (cause I wouldn't buy it) i'd smoke it. Haha, I don't discriminate unless the wrapper is cameroon, then I'll smile and throw it away when you're not looking

Re: New CAO Sopranos
I mean I'd smoke those baseball bats, but those wine bottles and the egg. I just think it's too gimmicky and probably tastes awful. That or it kicks like a bull....either way I don't need that.

Re: New CAO Sopranos
you guys would like having that in the PPPP as a nice change to what has been smoked the last few times i was up. I have had the bullet and it was just plain. all filler no thriller. by no means the worst cigar i have ever smoked.

Re: New CAO Sopranos
Oh that's what the middle one is! You would think that if they can make a wine bottle, they could at least get a little closer to a decent looking bullet

Re: New CAO Sopranos
According to the B&M owner that I spoke to a coupe of weeks
ago about this, they came out w/ some sets of these for shops who placed Large orders with at the IPCPR... Now whether these are freshly rolled or "old stock" i can't answer but i do vaguely remember the shop owner saying, "they brought these out again..." so go figure. |
