Favorite drink while smoking a cigar?

I like Evan Williams Single barrel or any single malt scotch. I also enjoy hoppy,full bodied ales.

a good tawny port is probably my favorite, but a nice single malt, anejo tequila, or a dark and stormy all work too.

Right now water is on the top of the list but I will update in a few months once I have tried other combos.

Bass Pale Ale. I have not found a drink yet that compliments any cigar as well as Bass.

I always have a large glass of water on hand, but I might also be drinking a tawny port, root beer, stout or German lager. Just depends on the cigar, my mood and the time of day.

I have heard a lot of people comment on how well root beer pairs with a cigar.

On Saturdays when I have a morning smoke it is coffee. For my daily ritual on the back porch it is usually Jack on the rocks. Sometimes it is a rum (usually Flor de Cana) with a twist of lime.

If I am at the b&m, then either Diet Barq's or Diet Dr Pepper. When at home either a cold Coor's Light, or a Crown Royal rocks with just a splash of water.
