Tatuaje Cojonu 2006
I've smoked as many Tatuaje as the next guy, hell, maybe more and never really liked this cigar, but damn, the one I'm working on right now is sublime! Great strength, fantastic spice and spot on burn. Well done Pete!

I feel the same way about the '09s, much more tasty than the regular brown label cigars. Unfortunately I have stopped buying them because the flavor was just not consistent from one to the next. In fact, this is my main issue with all Tats, not just the Cojonus.

Yea, a 2003 Cojonu was one of the best cigars I have smoked. I had another out of the same box and it was so flat I could barely smoke it. very inconsistent but brown labels are incredible when they are good.

yep, you hit the nail on the head. All of mine were purchased from the same box as well. I would say 1 out of every 5 brown labels is fantastic and the rest are average to flavorless. I've actually started to notice the same problem with other Pepin blended smokes as well. specifically 601 and the DPG lines.
