Default Finally!
After 5 months of being strung along with a bank and then backing out of that house, we had settlement yesterday on another house.

Today we changed the locks, added deadbolts, changed some fixtures out, prepped for paint, cleaned and fixed a few things.

Tomorrow is more of the same.

I'll post some pictures tonight or tomorrow.

We found the original plot plan of the house (built in 1957), the original advertisement for all the different styles, and much more old documents. It's pretty neat.

There is nothing more liberating than ripping down funky paneling.
