I got a clean cut off of mine, the only problem I have is when you push the button to release the blades one of them sticks a little bit.

I hate that word rest. I am giving mine a few days to acclimate, then I will try one. Maybe even tomorrow night. Does anyone know how long it takes a cigar to get acclimated to its new temp and humidity? CI says it stores at 70* and 70%. I keep mine at 70* and 62%.

I smoked one ROTT, same day, and it was ok but a little over-humidified.

I think it took about 2 weeks to get acclimated to 65% and they were smoking much better as far as flavor.

I have a hard time believing that they are shipped at 70% because mine arrived pretty wet, however I could be wrong because I am used to my sticks which I store at 65%

Mine were quite wet.

Some of them had the celo stuck to them from over-humidification.

I'm thinking they may be a little fresh. Wondering if they had to bump up production not expecting these would be such a hit out of the gate and they shipped to CI wet.

Question: Was the last shipment the original release of the unholy cocktail? AND has anyone had a new production one that can compare and confirm they are the same blend?

Got the Diesels today. The cutter works fine.
Need to let the cigars rest - journey was 2,534 miles from Bath PA.

I'm smoking a '10 Diesel right now. Still wet and still need a few months rest. I'll revisit these at the end of April.

Bought 2 boxes...smoked one out of the box.
Awesome flavor and construction, a bit wet...I'm sure will be a go to stick after they do time.
