Default Stimulus Cigars

I was wondering if ya'll had seen/heard of them.....or better yet...smoked any? They say that they decided to not go novelty with it and make them with good tobacco from the DR.

Ive seen them on the news a few times and the labels list some of the ridiculous spending projects. They have a $100 bill at the end so "you too can feel like congress"

For smoking, I'd pass. For $10 a stick, I can think of many cigars that I know are good, rather that just taking a novelty cigar manufacturers word that his product is good.

For novelty conversation piece, eh, whatever.

They should be a buck a stick soon, then they'll be a cute novelty. Maybe.
I wouldn't even buy them at that price, but that's me. I'm sure someone will have fun with them.

Uh what, I'll go with a big "NO THANKS." I have a hard time believing that gimmick stick would taste somewhat decent. Notice I am not even using good.

Seems like a novelty to me. In a year, when nobody remembers the stimulus, they'll have to re-brand.

Well if they keep they're production numbers low, they may
actually turn the corner and make a profit. They only made
430 boxes of 10.... And they've had prospective buyers already
seek them out!

If they were smart, i'd intensify the marketing, and do a 180 on
their current position. If they're smart, this could become something
big from a "Gimmicky Idea"!

I'm sure they smoke as good as the 98 Lewinskys or the 74 Impeach Nixons.

It will probably taste as good as the "texas sized cigars" i've seen in some airports i've been through. It looks well built, but i bet tastes like a cow pattie.
