Tonight was pizza w/chopped green peppers (they skimped on them though) and some wings. The wings could have been a little warmer in temperature but they were very crispy which I like.

Pan-sauteed salmon with crushed pecans & a touch of brown sugar pressed in the flesh, mashed potatoes with monterey jack cheese melted in & corn.

We did breakfast for dinner last night. Found a recipe for french toast that had the usual egg, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in the batter, but also flour and a bit of sugar. Best french toast I've ever eaten.

Just finished up a half rack of babyback ribs made with Bone Suckin' Rib Rub and Sauce. Macaroni Salad with diced Mancini Roasted Peppers. Rosemont Cabernet Sauvignon.
