Default Barleymead (Braggot)

Mash;

1lb Belgian CaraMunich
8oz Belgian Special B
8oz Crystal 60
4oz Crystal 80
12oz Belgian chocolate
4oz Roasted barley

in 2 gallons tap water. Sparge chill and blend with 4 1/2lb Eastrn. Buckwheat before inoculate with Wyeast 1099, ferment until clear.

Blend with 6lb mesquite honey, pitch Lalvin DV10 ferment dry (dry as it'll get) before priming and bottling.~
