A good thing?

At first glance, I want to shake my head and cry out "sacrilege". But when I think about it, is it all that different than using a BBQ Guru controller on a WSM and remote thermometers? No not really. But it's still gas. So I'm torn... is it sacrilege? or is it not? (I have no interest in one BTW) |

Re: A good thing?
I just saw an ad for those yesterday. I'm not a gas guy, but that is a pretty bad arse grill!!!
Then again... I use a Stoker on my smoker |

Re: A good thing?
Not my cup of tea. Nice gas grills have thermometers on them and the probe is easy enough to buy, but BBQ & grilling is about old school, taking man to the most base & elemental cooking methods.
I don't see much reason for me to buy this, and for the dutz who needs this, it sounds and looks complicated.
