Peppered shrimp alfredo with portabellos. It was my first foray into the kitchen since getting home. I forgot how much I enjoy cooking.

Did a variation on a chicken bake recipe to use up some leftovers.
Lined a baking dish with stuffing, fried some pork chops until just shy of done, diced and mixed with some turkey gravy (why is there *always* gravy left when the turkey is gone?), threw that on the stuffing, topped with shredded cheddar and baked @ 350 for 15 minutes. Very tasty.
Usually I make this with chicken and "Creme of..." soup (mushroom and celery are both good).
