I put a garlic/paprika/brown sugar rub on some tuna steaks and fried them up in olive oil. Tossed some asparagus in olive oil and garlic and threw them under the broiler for a side.

Here it is after 5 hours in the "grill/Smoker".

Wrapped in foil for the last 3 hours

After I pulled it off of the BBQ and sauced it up a little

And this shot just to show off the yummy smokey ring of goodness...

saturday I rubbed some babybacks and let em sit overnight. Sunday was a quick preparation of a tray of beans and then everything went in the smoker at 11. The (ex) father-in-law brought over some potato salad and some fresh corn-on-the-cob.

I ate till I was Thanksgiving full.

Kat and I went to a local bar and had widow maker Burger's with hand made rings. OMG it was worth the risk for both of us
a 1# Burger served with 4 slices of bacon 4 cheeses and a raw Spanish onion that could put a cigar out all on a 6 inch round bun. BURP,BURP finished it all
