microfoam problems
...again!
Last time I needed a good Dezcal cleaning and it cleared it up. I am using lowfat milk and seem to be getting plenty of steam, but no real froth. I have the technique down fairly well with my metal pitcher, but the problem is back. I am about to disassemble the steam wand.
