I have a Lithuanian cookbook.
There's turnips in everything. There's even a recipe where you use lard and turnips and bacon grease, wrap it in cheesecloth, and hang it on the clothesline for a couple months.
Then you're supposed to eat it.
I'm not falling for it, but if you want the recipe I can try to look it up.
