My small family of briar
I have smoke cigars for years. About 6 or 7 years ago, I got curious about pipes. They were a win win because the wife loves the smell of a good aromatic. Pictured here is my small but treasured collection. I'm extremely lucky that my B&M carries a wonderful collection of beautiful briar.

Re: My small family of briar
Just like cigars, there are so many out there. My local shop carries some pipes by Former that have stupendous price tags. Hans Nielson usually comes and does a show once a year here. I just don't have $5k to drop on a pipe.

Re: My small family of briar
Nice collection! I currently have 4 pipes, all estate pipes. Starting to figure out which pipe I want to be my first unsmoked pipe. Tough decision! Great collection though.

That's a great looking family you have there Ed My family consists of 4 meerschaums (we're expecting another addition to tbe family this week), and a couple of briars. Good to have you on board the Asylum...

Re: My small family of briar
Nice little collection. My advise, don't overlook a the corncob pipe. I love my cobs and smoke them just as often (if not more often) than my briar pipes.
