Re: Barclays Premier League 2013/14 Banter
Great result for USA considering they had nothing to play for -- except the shirt, of course -- fielding a largely inexperienced squad, not playing particularly well, yet still managing a 2-0 win.
Looking forward to getting back to BPL action, despite the wonky start from my boys.

Dave- that Adnan Januzaj was pretty impressive and is very young, will be pretty interesting (and scary) to see him grow as a player this season!

No kidding. More than half the game with a man advantage. 'Pool dominated play yet gave up a goal before coming back to earn the draw. Plenty of late chances for both sides to snag the 3 points.

Re: Barclays Premier League 2013/14 Banter
Bump- YNWA, Chelsea v City game was one hell of a game, Torres got his first goal of the premier league this year, one third what Suarez scored on Saturday, not trying to sound like a complete douche but how do you think he feels, at Liverpool he was a hero and adored, yes he plays champs league and and won it with them but still he's outshined by so many players there and will most likely get shipped back to Athletico at some point soon!should have never left, I'm glad he did for obvious reasons, but he shouldn't have made the move!

Tough week for the Reds.
Arsenal is playing really well. I still can't stand Arse-hole Wenger. He is humble when he wins but Arsene Whiner when he doesn't.

Liverpool aren't the only ones who could stand to do some spending.

Re: Barclays Premier League 2013/14 Banter
This season is awesome, the teams at the top of the table are so diverse finally a change from the past few years! Nice to see Everton, Southampton, and Newcastle all fighting for a top spot! And obviously very excited to see Reds in 2nd!

Re: Barclays Premier League 2013/14 Banter
We're finding ways to win games in Champions League at least. Hopefully we'll make some quality signings next month. I'm forever an optimist when it comes to my club. But I can see the writing on the wall. It's probably too late for us in the league this season. But, hey, all United fans knew this day would eventually come. It's a time of transition for us. Only a fool would've expected Moyes to pickup where Fergie left off without a stumble. I believe my Reds will eventually be back on top. Just not as soon as I'd like.
