UPS and DHL, FEDEX all arrive when they say they will arrive... it can't be impossible for them...
Two weeks ago I was out of town when UPS was supposed to deliver a package for me. So I went to their website and paid $5 to have the package delivered the day after I got home. The day I was supposed to receive the package it didn't arrive. I got online and checked the tracking and someone at UPS had had the package returned to the sender on that date instead of delivering it to me. So take heart, it's not just the USPS that has the occasional SNAFU.

I've had problems with every delivery service out there. FedEx Home left a package on the doorstep of my business...over the weekend. UPS has failed to deliver on time twice for no apparent reason.

I figure, if it's not important, it will be delivered with utmost efficiency. Work-related supplies, papers, packages for co-workers, etc. If it's something that's going to feed our desires (stogies, car parts, gun parts, ****...etc.) then it will take forever to make it to our hands in a reasonable fashion. But only after calling all of the 1-800 numbers and chewing out people as to why they're drivers can't seem to do their jobs.

If you want to see truly bad service for extortion prices... look no further than Canada Post...
I've had packages returned to me because they've confused the To: for the From:....
We pay ridiculous prices compared to USPS, but maybe it's due to them using dogsleds for delivery...

Nope.... not here... they have found some way to not deliver a package that was received at 7am less then an hour from where I live....

so thats 2 days off on a 2 day delivery.... Option 1 seems to work pretty well, for me anyways....

That means that the earliest they could get it to your local P.O. was 8AM....by then, mail has probably been sorted for delivery for the day already.
