Congrats Rev. Have a great time. I remember the first time I smoked a cigar with my dad, it was awesome. Now I look forward to it every time we get together.

Being on the other end of the spectrum ( my kids all young in age ), I can only imagine the bitter sweetness of one turning 18 and leaving for what will the start of their autonomy. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Don't know why I wrote all that. Sorry for putting such out there. Forgive me.

No need to be sorry, Scott. It's nice to see someone with balls enough to share such personal moments in their life. Again, thank you for sharing.

Thanks for sharing Todd. I am on the other end with 3 small ones. I'm leaving for the weekend and I feel the twinge! I can only imagine what it's like to see them grow up and leave. Bitter sweet. All the best bud.

No apologies necessary Rev! My first (a boy) is on the way, and I've been overwhelmed at times thinking about how to raise him and teach him to be a good man and taking a good look at myself and what I need to do to set a good example for him.
