i just got back from the gym.. i felt good today..... i will have my wife hide my scale until next monday, so i dont get tempted. lol..

Thank you sir. Btw. This may sound corny but i had a non scale victory this past weekend. I was at the mall and i went into Express for Men and American Eagle and actually bough clothes that fit! No more 5x for Ron....lol. XL or XXL now. Its the little things in life! Lol
