NY Strip off of a cow we put in the freezer recently, baked potato, sauteed portabella mushrooms, steamed carrot, and green beens out of the garden, with a salad.

some amazing chicken kabobs with corn on the cob and some delicious red roasted potatoes. The fire in the grill enhanced the flavor as did my pre-dinner smoke!! Love grilling season!

Freshly caught bluegill, deep-fried with my own coating recipe, steak fries (w/malt vinegar) and a fresh Romaine salad.

Forgot to also state I put in green olives.
This dish found people iffy about it, but when they took a taste it was hard to stop, the acids, fruits, meat, etc was a delightful taste. Full of flavor. The pineapple ironically took the dish to a next level. The dish wouldn't be complete if everything in the recipe wasn't on it.
