Ethiopia Beloya 25, roasted 2 days ago to city+, french press, splash. There is some blueberry. I'm hoping for more development with rest. Had this vacuum sealed in my freezer for more than 2 years, I'm surpised how good it is.

Cherry Hill Red Label Espresso Blend - lighter than their Gold label.
I've (finally) gotten my grinder dialed in and my technique in it's "sweet spot", allowing me to consistently bracket my pulls in the 26 to 29 second range for a double. My at home espresso / latte experience has climbed up another notch. |

Re: COFFEE: What are you drinking?
I'm not having coffee for now but savoring some home-made hot chocolate. I so love the aroma.

Rwanda FT Duhingekawa Women's Cooperative, roasted 2 days ago to FC, drip, splash. Mild, bright, seems to get better as it cools. Was not a fav after first cup, but is growing on me after the 2nd. Very long finish!

La Java Packer Blend, it's a local roasting house that put together this blend after the Super Bowl. Love it and it will be in the pass soon.
