I have gotten to experience some of the most rare and expensive cigars in the world(most I would never be able to aquire) in ppp's with some of the world's greatest people. I consider myself very lucky. A few years ago, several of us here participated in a 12 hour ppp. It was one of the best times I have ever had.

The PPP's there were some of my favorite cigar experiences, and not even primarily because of the cigars. The camaraderie experienced was awesome; everyone talking about the same cigars, laughing, discussing, pulling out rare smokes to share (Patrick and I were trying to outdo one another, he won ), "what was this one again?", taking the bands of Dunhill Cabinettas (and the like) and passing it around for everyone to guess what it was, just a lot of fun on top of the good cigars. I admit to having to overcome the 'slober factor' but it was one of those 'jump in the cold pool' moments, once done it was a pleasure. And now it's no big deal, hey its a PPP, its worth it.
