I had the pleasure of spending a week in Ft Myers Beach over the New Year with family, and got to snap some pictures while I was there. It just makes me even more jealous of all those in Florida who get to see these sights every day. Enjoy!

Great pics... Fort Myers is really nice. Just a long haul from anywhere (well... almost).

Thanks for the great pictures.
My parents lived a couple towns away until recently. I just did that "son goes to Florida to clean out the condo because the folks are sick" thing.
Your pictures made me smile and have some fond memories of visiting them over the years.

I have been there a few times when I lived in Palm Beach Gardens,,,beautiful area,,,feels like a bit of heaven!

Next time you come out to visit family, please give me a heads up with ample time so I can take time off to do the run over to the west coast.

I love Ft Myers, Aunt and Uncle built a house down there. Been to "times square" great place with great weather! And the Martin County Sheriff's Office is hiring....

We head out to Captiva at least once a year, and it's less than an hour from Ft Meyers

Awesome! We spent a day at Sanibel and Captiva while we were down there. A short jaunt, although traffic can get gnarly at the end of the day.
