Default 2010 LG Chisel

Earlier I mentioned this cigar as an '09. It's not. it's a "10.
That said. and still smoking her her, I have to say things.

This is the sweetest cigar I have ever smoked.
It's been been been sweet and comforting from the first draw and has remained.

I have always given my best stroke to cigars that morph. Like Padrons. Well kept Padrons, or fresh Padrons. Or many fresh cc's.
I enjoy a cigar that changes in flavors and intensity.

This cigar has been nothing but sweet and wonderful since firing it up.
Those of you that can remember when these arrived will remember that they had a bit of kickass in them. A spicy quality and a sweetness. But it was tough to get through the whole stick because they were crazy strong, despite being so smooth.

Now they just just love you to death.
I'm just happy I saved a couple straggles and had this experience.
What a phenomenal cigar.

Love the Chisels, but aren't they La Flor Dominicas? Nice to know they smooth out with that kind of time as well.

No sir. Litto Gomez. LFD is Littos's pedestrian line. Also good.

One should always keep a few Chisels and Chiselitos around. Especially the maduros.

I actually lit one up from around the same time period last month, and had pretty much the same experience. They do age well.

I had a few Coronado Maduros hanging around, but I just sold them.
Along with Oscuros from the same period.
That's insanely good stuff.

Good to know, Brother. Not sure I've had an LG, but since I like the LFDs, it is now on the list.

Isn't that the box that we split? I had my last one at Thanksgiving. My two boys were home, so we each had a "stand-out" cigar, and then sort of passed them around and enjoyed all three.

Besides the LGD Chisel, we shared a Taboo HSG Toro Grande (also from 2008, and also my last), and then a Padron 1926 80th Anniversary Maduro.

All were wonderful, but all so very different.

That's a killer triad, Todd.
I certainly would have played.
I'm sure there was old whiskey, too.

We split 12's.

I think we were drinking some Pigeon River IPA, might have been some Zaya there though.

I was not sure if they were 10's or '12s.

Peace of the Lord be with you.
