New Releases IPCPR
What new cigars pique your interest?
I'm looking forward to the El Centurion H-2K-CT and the Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust Sobremesa.

LFD La Nox - I am a LFD whore
Litto Gomez 2015 - See above Matilde Oscura - This is just a beautiful looking cigar El Gueguense - It will be great to see what Nick can do outside of DE Cabal Linda - Chris is a good dude and I have loved his core line for a couple years La Imperiosa - The Las Calaveras was just awesome and i am glad it went in to regular production I will be trying others, but these are have me excited |

Dear Lord, Thank You.

Re: New Releases IPCPR
Ditto on the Litto whore problem. With me, I enjoy the LG stuff a lot more than the LFD. Except Coronados and Coronado maduros. They're clearly made by God Himself.
The small batch 1's, I can't think of a better cigar. They were absolutely out of this world. I don't know if I was ever blown away by a cigar like that one. Trying to remember who turned me onto the small batch stuff. John Arnott, I think. I can't remember his handle for the life of me. What a top shelf brother he is. Certainly missed.

Re: New Releases IPCPR
I only go back to the LG SB III, those were tasty, but the SB IV with the Pelo de Oro wrapper were amazing.
I do have one of the new 2015 Litto Gomez Diez from the show and it looks and smells amazing. I pulled the below from the net... Quote:

Re: New Releases IPCPR
El Güegüense - Interested in seeing what Nick has made.
Sobremesa - Interested in seeing what Steve Saka has done. Crux Du Connoisseur and Guild - I have had a positive experience with pretty much all the Crux releases, so I'm happy to give their new lines a try. Espinosa Murcielago (Re-release) - I hope this cigar is as good as the old one. Rocky Patel Tabaquero By Hamlet Paredes - I know it's Rocky Patel, but I imagine that they have a good selection of tobacco there. It will be interesting to see what Hamlet has done with non-cuban tobacco. |

Re: New Releases IPCPR
El Güegüense was my favorite of the show! Herklots also gave me a new size of the Sterling line and I thoroughly enjoyed it, was a nice change of pace!

Re: New Releases IPCPR
I had the LG Diez 2015 the other day and it was a good cigar but needed some rest to make it great. Only problem i had was the wonky burn that would never straighten out... yes, i know these were still very fresh. Temp and humidity during transit time from the factory to the states, to the show, during the show, and then to me, was probably not optimal so i understand the issues i had.
Now the LFD 1994 Tango (Petite Robusto 48x4.5) was a great smoke, that size was perfect for the blend. The re-release of the Murcielago was close to dead on of the original blend and i can't wait for the release of these |
