I bought this at one of the cigars stores/lounges I've posted pictures of, (out of their bargain bin).

If you're enjoying it than, nope, not too dry. I won't let damaged stogies go to waste either. If I can light one end and draw on the other, I will smoke it lol.

Slight damage or moderate dryness is not an issue, but life it too short to waste time on a plugged cigar.
