L'Atelier Surrogates Bone Crusher Review
$7.50
5.2" x 55 Prelight: Hay, cedar, licorice, heavy veins in the wrapper 1st 1/3 Creamy toasty coffee, perfect draw, sweet spices on the finish, digging this cigar so far. Medium strength, starting off mellow with a little black pepper also. Lots of smoke with a slightly off ash burn Molasses, licorice, lemon, honey now..... I think with the name Bone Crusher I was excepting something more forceful but the cigar is absolutely unforeseen in it's ability to surprise me. The Tramp Stamp (Robusto) (5.2"x48) was a disappointment and why I was bracing for the worse. 2nd 1/3 Continuing with its creaminess with an addition of bitter black pepper I hope subsides. Few leather notes, but the cream dominated the second third. The aroma is wonderful and an abundance of room filling smoke. Final 1/3 Pepper subsiding thank God, all the flavors melting together and leaving a extended taste on my palate. Toffee and leather showing up, the finish was not heavy or overpowering at all. This was a very good cigar, get a few and try them out Smoke time 1 hour Score: 8.5 out of 10
